Runqi Personal Automation is a personal tool operated by Runqi to access their own Google Drive using rclone. Authorized AI agents may operate the tool for tasks requested by Runqi.

Data accessed and used

The tool accesses Google Drive file metadata, such as file names and folder information, to browse and locate files. It downloads file contents when needed for a requested task. The connection is intended to use read-only authorization; it does not require permission to create, modify, or delete Drive files.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in rclone's configuration on the owner's computer. Downloaded files are stored in locations selected by the owner and retained until deleted. Copies may also be retained in backups or synchronized storage configured by the owner.

AI processing and sharing

For AI-assisted tasks requested by the owner, relevant file contents or metadata may be transmitted to the AI service used for that task. The service's applicable account settings and policies govern its processing and retention. Task outputs may be saved or shared at the owner's direction.

Revoking access and deleting data

The owner can revoke the tool's authorization through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking authorization stops future access but does not delete previously downloaded files. Local files, backups, synchronized copies, and AI service records must be managed separately in their respective locations.

These public information pages do not request Google Drive credentials, receive Drive files, or use analytics scripts or cookies.
